is based on a Weizenbock, originally brewed in Munich in 1907, this is a strong wheat beer, rich, dark amber, with spicy clove like flavours. It has a long lasting light tan head when served
Weizenbock is a strong, malty, fruity, wheat based ale, combining the best malt and yeast flavours of a Weissbier, with the malty taste and body of a Dunkel.
Serve cold.
